Camogie finals weekend

October 16, 2024

Na Fianna defeated Kilmessan in this years Division 1 Camogie League final

The Meath Camogie Championship finals take place this weekend with Senior A, Senior B and Intermediate titles up from grabs on Saturday and Sunday.

Pairc tailteann plays host to the Senior A final. This is the first time since 2005 that the Navan venue has hosted the senior decider. It is also the first year that all four Senior Finals will take place at the county grounds.

Na Fianna, are aiming for their third consecutive title, against Kilmessan. Na Fianna stop Kilmessan’s reign and their aim for 11 in a row by winning the Senior Camogie County Final for the first time ever in 2019. Last years Leinster Intermediate champions and All Ireland finalists defeated Kilmessan in the Division 1 league final at the beginning of June.

On Sunday, the Senior B Final will see an inter-parish clash between Trim and Boardsmill in Rathmolyon, as both teams compete for their first Senior B Championship title and a chance to advance to the top tier in 2025.
