Rathmolyon 3-24 Trim 2-03

Rathmolyon eased to a fourth victory in Round 4 in Group B of the Intermediate Hurling Championship in Longwood on Sunday.

The Village went into an early lead with scores from Jamie Doonan, Cathal Regan and Ciarán Regan. 

Goals from Vincent Ward and Darren Hennessy led The Village to a halftime score of Rathmolyon 2-14 Trim 0-02.

Rathmolyon made a raft of changes in the second half.  Despite two Trim goals,  further scores from Gary Doherty and a Joey Christie goal, The Village ended on a comprehensive win on a scoreline of Rathmolyon 3-24 Trim 2-03
