19:15

Monaghan are the team least likely to make the semi-finals. Even if they win tonight, they could still miss out. The Farney actually have been in the top flight the longest out of these four - this is their seventh straight season in Division One.

18:52

Adding to the excitement tonight is the fact that there will be supporters in both Armagh and Omagh for the two games. Just 500, though. We're still a long way from anything normal but it's a step in the right direction.

18:46

All four teams are still in contention for the top two places in this group. There are enough permutations to give a robot a headache but Donegal and Tyrone seem to be in pole position to advance - the former by virtue of the fact that they have most points on the board and the latter as they have home advantage against Monaghan (who, with just one point, have the most to do). But we can't discount Armagh - a home win over Donegal will see them through!

18:44

Division One North:

Armagh host Donegal and Tyrone entertain Monaghan to see who'll advance to the Division One semi-finals and who will go into relegation play-offs.

14:45

It's a beautiful day for football - not often we have vital league matches played in conditions like this!

14:39

As Ulster champions, the last thing Cavan want is to be involved in a relegation dogfight. Mind you, being demoted didn't do much damage to their championship credentials last year.

14:38

It's a crunch afternoon in Division Three. The top two teams in each section will qualify for semi-finals and a shot at promotion. The bottom two in each section will be one defeat away from relegation to Division Four - so there is a lot to play for today!

13:53

Crowds return:

Of course, today is historic as for the first time since March of last year we will have spectators attending GAA intercounty matches. Due to the different restrictions in place in Northern Ireland, 500 fans will be allowed into the matches in Enniskillen, Armagh and Omagh. An encouraging sign and the return of fans on a broader scale is greatly anticipated.

13:51

In just over an hour, the first five matches of the day throw in, including three crunch games in Division Three. Ulster champions Cavan will be looking for a big performance against Derry.

10:17

As ever, we will bring you regular updates on the action as it happens. I'll be back close to three, when five of the day's eight matches are scheduled to get up and running.

10:16

In Division Four South, Carlow meet Wexford at Dr Cullen Park (5pm). There's also one hurling league game today - Sligo V Longford in Division 3A at 3pm.

10:13

Division Three

There's still plenty to play for in the third tier, as well. In Division Three North, Ulster champions Cavan welcome high-flying Derry to Breffni Park and Fermanagh have home advantage against Longford. Meanwhile, in the South section, Limerick travel to Aughrim to face Wicklow and Offaly entertain Tipperary. All four of these matches commence at 3pm.

10:10

Division One North

With all four teams still in contention for semi-final places, the third and final round of this section sees Armagh entertain Donegal while Tyrone host Monaghan. These two matches throw in simultaneously at 7:30pm.

10:08

As we move towards the business end of a truncated 2021 national football league, seven key fixtures go down for decision today. Division One North will be completed, as will Division Three North and South.
