This is the last year Monaghan teams might be competitive at Ulster Club level in Junior and Intermediate. Could Drumhowan mount a challange in ulster assuming they win the championship. Lost 2 years ago on penalty's in the semi Ballybay or Donaghmoyne should be well able to compete to win an ulster intermediate. They make a total joke of what made the the GAA what it is ie. "The Parish Rule" One rule for the rich and one rule for the poor.
