Well, seeing as Waterford got relegated last year on 4 pts & Kilkenny could be relegated on 4 pts this year yet that's a HIGHLY unlikely scenario.

Well keeper it was impossible yesterday to come 4th with 3 points. Now it's moved on to unlikely. By tomorrow it will be a certainty.
