Last time I was in Croke Park I heard a pin drop. You wouldn't have heard that in the eighties!

I suppose for some parts of Cavan I have NO Cash was often heard even before the eighties"
In Cavan, the conversation "I have no cash", "Neither have I, sorry" is often heard between two liars.

If I could flip that on it's head, one thing we heard in the 80's, , well in Armagh anyway, and we don't hear now a British army helicopter in the air :)

In conversation it was remarked that you hear things now being said at Games that you did not hear in the 80's
Things like
No 1 Text me the score of that Game
No2 Do you have a Plug in place for my Car
No 3 No cash allowed

Agh sure many more new sayings exist"
Never heard any of those 3, the 3rd one maybe but more in the pub than at the match.
