I assume you've put some of your potential winnings, on Barnsley to beat Sheffield Wednesday at 12/5, and the Draw at 12/5?

Or even the Double chance for Barnsley at 7/10, not my style. Went for the Owls stick with the Owls! Hopefully this time next year they can join the Blades in the Premiership. Also have a sweet 25/1 triple Man City, Roma, Fiorentina all to lift their respective European trophies. (placed after respective Quarter Finals) katser (Galway) - Posts: 2096 - 23/05/2023 21:11:07 2481083 Link 0 |
Notts County to get Promoted, Sheffield United to get Promoted, Dundee FC to get promoted Man City (Premiership Winners) and Parma (Serie B Promotion) 40/1 accumulator. Parma now only 2/1 but its 2 legged Semi Finals and 2 legged Final 4 tricky games been offered €650 to cash out!! katser (Galway) - Posts: 2096 - 23/05/2023 21:33:44 2481087 Link 0 |
3/1 for Cork to win.......me thinks the Rebels smell a golden opportunity to ambush the underpressure favourites in their home ground!

Two bets I fancy, Dublin to beat the -6 handicap and Monaghan to beat the +4 candlewax (Galway) - Posts: 272 - 25/05/2023 09:03:23 2481421 Link 0 |
Anyone else think Louth to beat Cork at 7/4 is nearly printing money? Or am I missing something? Maybe it's a reaction to the Dublin loss but Louth showed much better form that Cork throughout the league, and Pairc Tailteann should be very familiar territory for them - there should be a bit Louth crowd too. I'm expecting a Louth victory. hyperache (Meath) - Posts: 141 - 25/05/2023 10:29:56 2481448 Link 0 |
Cork have terrible record once beaten in Munster so you might have a good pick there. Depends on how well Louth have recovered. Previous defeats never bothered Tyrone in the least so Mickey will have their heads right.

If I give my money to a bank, it will still be there 2 days later. Not necessarily so if I give it to a bookie.

To put our hands up as genuine All Ireland contenders I think we would need to be beating the handicap. But taking a line through Wexford whom we only beat by 6 points in Salthill and taking into account that Wexford coulda shouda but didnt vs Dublin and that Dublin were the better team on the day, I reckon we might not. Dublin played the sweeper very well vs Wexford and if they do the same against us we may not create many goal opportunities so if points from distance will be the way it's done then I'd say Galway by 4. But I hope I'm wrong and that we win by more!

Message to admin, no threads on betting should be allowed on this forum. Addiction to betting causes terrible anguish for people and their families. Greengrass (Louth) - Posts: 5995 - 26/05/2023 09:53:46 2481661 Link 3 |
The above is incorrect it should read -5 Galway and -3 Kilkenny respectively.

People have free will. They can choose whether to bet, drink, eat cakes, whatever. Do you seriously believe that someone is going to become a "problem gambler" because they read a post about hurling odds? BarneyGrant (Dublin) - Posts: 1910 - 26/05/2023 10:39:35 2481674 Link 1 |
And if you ban the thread all gambling addiction will stop.. that what you mean!?
