Once they voted against the government on a consistent basis. Which they aren't going to do, being as they were part of the team who drew up the programme for government. They aren't going to vote against the government on a consistent basis after doing a deal to be in government, so they aren't the Opposition. So they shouldn't have Opposition speaking time. The Ceann Camhairle even stated last week that the legal advice she received stated that a precedent to last week's issue existed in the form of the confidence and supply agreement of 2016. She doesn't state where the legl advice came from, but my assumption would be that it was the Attorney General.
