Replying To Greengrass:  "Who do you fancy next Monday?"
Well it's hard not to fancy the Martins to be honest they're absolutely flying. But with the bit of disruption last week maybe it might effect them slightly but that might be just wishful thinking on the blues behalf. Martins by 5. But my predictions were bit off last week so who knows lol

I will go with Glen Emmett's, Feckins and the Jocks. I tipped the Mary's, Glen Emmett's and the Feckins to win their respective Championships at the start. With the Mary's gone I have two chances left.

Fechins and Glen Emmets to win comfortably...both by 5+ pts

I'll go with Fechins to win by more than 5 myself, I think with Butler suspended for Emmets that the junior will be a lot closer, Emmets by 2 or 3

Ill go for the Fechins to get the job done with 4 points to spare

The Mitchells will run the Emmetts close but I think the Emmetts will have too much and will finish the stronger. Emmetts by 3 points

I fancied the Martins Kilkerly and the Emmets Ollie. Intermediate is very difficult to predict.

Intermediate is always the hardest to predict Greengrass. It's always a minefield. 6 or 7 teams could of won it. The Feckins had an impressive win over Hunterstown with 11 diff scorers.

John Mitchels vs Glen Emmets
My head says the Emmets but my heart says my beloved Mitchels we will need alot to go our way but I will go the Mitchels by 1

Cooley vs Fechins
Think this is a little more straight forward I think the Fechins will get it done by 5

Martins vs Blues
Another tight one just think Sam the man will be the deciding factor jocks by 3

They certainly did Ollie. This could well be their year at last.

Big congrats to the Glen Emmett's on yesterday's win, they weren't at their best but didn't need to be to grind out the victory on a terrible day for football. Let's hope they build on this now and stay up In intermediate because with the size of their squad & underage teams coming through they shouldn't be in junior anytime soon. But it won't be easy intermediate is a very tough place to stay in. Mitchell's tried their best but ultimately didn't have enough to really trouble the Glens but fair play to them for fighting to the bitter end.

The cream rises. Well done to Glen Emmets who completed the task with the heavy favourites tag. Ultimately junior didn't throw up a rogue end result but the earlier rounds gave renewed hope of a more balanced championship going forward. Mitchels should be proud of bridging a 23 gap in getting to the Christy Bellew decider. With a weakened Bars down next year it's all to play for. Hopefully Glens can push on now and sustain a long run in intermediate.

The Glen Emmets were never under any real pressure in yesterday's game, even though the Mitchels had long spells of possession during the game, unfortunately they didn't really have enough vision to create scoring opportunities for themselves. Mitchels team a mix of old and young, hard to predict the future for them, they've overachieved this year, if they can hold their team together maybe they can have another run at it next year, although they did have the handiest run to a final of any club in a long time. Glens will have to improve if they want to mix it at intermediate. I think the gap between the grades is as big as it ever was.

Looking forward to inter final today, hope cooley can cause an upset

Great defensive display by the Martins today, Blues never got any momentum. Some great points and frees scored also. A 10 point win over the Blues is no mean feat with the players they have. An amazing result to be honest. Final should be interesting against the Moctas in a fortnight.

Martins looked unstoppable today just doing it all at such ease. Sam Mulroy is some talent he's really turning out to be one of the finest footballers this county has ever produced. Mochtas will love going in as total underdogs and can relax and enjoy the game, but surely the Martins will have enough to win even if they're not at 100% they should win by a few points

The blues were defeated before the throw in, late out of dressing room no urgency in warm up, senior players walking onto the pitch 2 mins before match started. The referee was an absolute disgrace
St mochtas will provide a more of a test in the final for a St Martin team that never had got out of 3rd gear.
I hope the mochtas have a plan B because Decky won't get a kick

Happy enough getting my 3 out of 3 right at the weekend and over all getting 2 out of 3 right in the Championship prediction's at the start of the campaign. Congrats to the Glens and Feckins who won their respective grades. The Feckins who spend a decade in the Inter Championship and lost two finals in that time. They will now join their neighbours the Blues, the Jocks and the Dreads in Senior next year. Congrats to the Jocks on reaching their fourth senior final in a row and become the first team do this since the Clans achieved this in the early 1990s. It should be some final against the Mochs.
