Longfordlad1985 said every player 1-26 played well. There is a limit on the amount of subs you can make and if you break that you could end up forfeiting the game.........I'm only joking by the way! Great win for the team yesterday. Leitrim will be tough especially in Carrick. It's in our own hands but 2 very very tough games to go.

Has Clonguish taken over from Ballymahon as being Longford's second ground?
The last couple of years it has hosted the county's under 20's and is doing so again this year.
I've been told a lot of the underage county teams train there as well.
Probably with a better playing surface, lights and parking, it does make sense.

It seems to get all of the midweek underage home games now, the weekend underage games and ones played later in the summer have remained in Pearse Park but all the midweek games have forced them to Clonguish due to the lights

No fixtures up yet,
It's a disgrace, as I think all other counties have league fixtures out.

Ballymahon's pitch is very poor, uneven and slopes all over it. Not suitable for big matches at all
