I'm not saying he is the option, I actually don't think he's the right one but I just suggested 3 who have intercounty experience and also been in the club game in Longford the last number of years. Eamon O'Hara managing Mohil in Leitrim just down the road was snubbed for the Sligo Job and has been with Mohil since. I'd personally like to see him manage Leitrim but Longford is a better job right now for someone with little inter county management experience. Realistically if you get the best 20-25 players in Longford committed for 2025 then you will get out of Div 4. The big one would yee gamble on Rory Gallagher? Clonguish going nowhere it seems. You can talk about 2/3 players missing which is a cop out. Clueless at times, keeper a massive issue with KO's and playing fly keeper gets the team in trouble.
