But seeing as a courteous poster has answered my query, your "witty" assistance is no longer required.
You may now re-examine your 6 posts (none of which I've seen) and deem yourself an internet legend."
Just click on the game or either team and name of ref magically appears. Your welcome ;-).

Dont see how. SOH have spent huge money on an outside manager. There is no long term viability in this. Mohill experience to see them through esp
on TV. Think Mohill could be competitive against Galway champs, would be doubtful if SOH could do the same.

I think that will be the proof in the Connacht Club championship of what the standard of Leitrim club football really is.
I fear for the winners today against the Galway champs after the mauling Mayo gave us on live TV which reinforced the need for a B Championship.

I would tend to agree, I see Ballinamore today in the same light as Aughawillan were back in 2018; Mohill were very sure of themselves that day but obviously had their wings clipped by a spirited & determined Aughawillan team. Unfortunately, they were well bet against Ballintubber in the next round. I would like to see B'more finally win a county championship but I still think Mohill are the better team. History & tradition may carry B'more over the line, who knows but a Mohill win probably would be better for county football.

Watching Andy Moran on TG4... he talks a good game that's for sure. Hopefully it will be a good game... god knows we need something to lift the spirits.

That was a great half of football... the Keith Beirne show. Despite all B'more are playing well enough but you get that feeling if Mohill get a goal it could be lights out. Wayne McKeon is having a fierce game. It's gonna be some 2nd half.

A super result for Leitrim football. This will help out the county team hugely.

Good final fair to TG4 for showing it live. Will be some craic in the likes of Smyth's, Priors, the Poor Scholar etc tonight!

Andy Moran bound to be a happy man leaving carrick after that spectacle unreal game. Both teams and management deserve huge credit for the condition both teams were in today

Agree. What a game. Congrats to Ballinamore. It is great to see you champions after such a long time. Credit too to Mohill for serving up a thriller. Considering the two fine saves the Ballinamore goalie made it could have gone either way.

Great win for B'more, was looking at one point in the second half that the game was moving away from them but like the Willies in 2018, they never gave up and well deserved their win. Wayne McKeon, Shane Moran & Niall McGovrrn drove them on when it was needed and Darren Maxwell kept them in the game with some great saves. Young Tom Prior is some baller, kept quiet enough on the score front but got stuck in & never gave up. I hope they put up a good show in Connacht.

Very good game with good talent on show. Keith Beirne and Tom Prior are impressive

Best county Final I've seen. Brilliant game, two good teams going for it. It is great that TG4 was there to broadcast it. Andy Moran will be impressed, great to hear Andy's positivity it's refreshing to hear it especially after Terry Hyland running down the club game in leitrim.
I'm hoping there is a big push for proposal B at special Congress, and that it gets through would be great to see Pairc Sean full during next summer with Leitrim playing teams at our level.

Agree was a great final and it leaves Hyland with egg on his face after slating the club game. I don't think B proposal will get through at congress as I believe it has many holes in it but when he comes up the following year it will be a better structure.

Great game to watch with both teams playing good football with none of this negative back passing. Some very good performances by the Mohill no. 11, the Ballinamore no. 7 and their goal keeper Maxwell. Thought the decision to not give a penalty when the ball was touched near the goal line could have been a game changer. Hard to imagine that the winners had not won for 31 years considering how dominant they once were. The pitch looked in top class condition.

I'd have my doubts for plan b getting through but hopefully it happens, seems to be a push against it and the head honchos in Croke Park have disappeared in terms of talking it up.

Let's not get ahead of ourselves, one swallow doesn't make a summer...

Hyland was correct about the club game in Leitrim... the evidence is to be seen year in year out when we leave Leitrim. There's no doubt there's some outstanding individual players in the county but not enough of them (obviously). There's no doubt yesterday was a great game and I hope it's the start of something positive. The proof will be in the pudding I guess... we'll see how B'more fair on Connacht.
