Ah right of course it isn't. Anything else?

Nah, you were wrong and I accept that.

Replying To Sligoman1234:  "Leitrim schools are in Connacht Semi Final not final. Interesting to see their results as they had a horrid year last year and the results of the individual schools were not great at senior level this year with some big beatings in lower grades.

Is there minor management involved in it? Only reason I ask is I wonder would they permit such a team from Sligo excluding Summerhill and St Attractas as not much happening in the other schools and perhaps Leitrim model is one to work off to lift other lads up a notch"
Shane Ward (former U21 and Senior Leitrim manager)is over the A team

Poacher is not wrong... a nice way of saying we're not serious enough about our football https://www.leitrimobserver.ie/news/gaa/1708993/poacher-wants-young-leitrim-footballers-to-become-a-wee-bit-obsessive-about-their-football.html

Pure nonsense. If a lad commits he is obsessed enough.

Wouldn't agree with that. Only one example in recent years, we've seen lads who dropped off the panel after the league.

Heartbreaking to hear that MacDiarmada Gaels is being dispanded what a run we had, 12 finals from my knowledge and managed to win 1 division one championship. Kiltubrid will finally have to get a grip of themselves, long live Ballinamore-Fenagh.

Game called off. What nonsense.
In addition to this, are players that pampered they need electricity to play football. During my county playing days, we were lucky to have football boots. Gone be the days where lads just play football.

Game postponed until tomorrow... no big deal. With that attitude, I suppose you'd be OK with bringing lads all the way up from Laois and not being able to offer them a cuppa tea or a shower or the like. Makes sense....

Phenomenal performance from our hurlers defeating Lancashire 0-21 to 2-10.
It's getting to the stage where defunding the footballers may have to be looked at.
Out of interest I wonder how much of last years expenditure of €791k was spent on the hurlers….

Answers on a postcard etc.,

The lads coming from Laois were going to be coming for a game not a holiday. If we're offering our opponents a cup of tea and a shower after a battle then we are fools.

Let them get their own tea up the road and show that we mean buisness in Division 3 and we are not just offering hospitality to away teams.

Don't you dare mention the lords name in vein. SillyJambon12 has the right attitude. Here in Leitrim, it should be us against the world.

Mentally weak statements like this make us a laughing stock compared to the other counties.

This is like a Monty Python sketch!! Maybe we should also just say we have no key to the away dressing room and get them to change on the bus!

Presume Kiltubrid now have the numbers to go their own? Cos Ballinamore definitely did and should never have needed to join up with anyone
