But I would agree they didn't get it done often enough in spite of the opposition's quality But seriously can you educate yourself regarding some of your statements here , no other sports competing !!…….I would say every sport from rugby ,soccer ,football , athletics, tennis , basketball ,volleyball, squash, and more take place at a competitive level in Loughrea , and in regard the population , true it is large in number but a significant portion of that is a transient workforce and more still simply move to the town but represent other clubs , Loughrea are an outlier in terms of a town with a successful hurling club , look at Ballinasloe for example, truth is Loughrea are a small enough club with a fraction of the membership of some of the clubs they are competing with Bib (Galway) - Posts: 19 - 29/08/2025 20:33:50 2634156 Link 1 |
