1. Antrim
2. Louth
3. Carlow
4. Waterford
5. Wexford
6. Sligo
7. Leitrim

Rationale:
1) Every team beat the team directly below them and lost to the team directly above them.
2) Where teams who are not adjacent to each other on this list played each other, the higher placed team won.
