Amen….I'd settle for anything too though I must say the GaaGo thing is awesome. I work weekends so it's a lifeline for me. Galway Abu.

Think they are going to allow 500 spectators but trying to get one of those tickets for a Championship game would be near impossible. Tirchonaill1 (Donegal) - Posts: 3175 - 22/05/2021 11:41:00 2344134 Link 1 |
GAA go has been great. Once crowds are back I hope they keep all these games being covered. 21 games being covered this weekend. Its keeping everyone connected with the games no matter where you are.

I agree with everything you said PLUS the price is very reasonable.

I got the Johnson and Johnson vaccine exactly 48 hours ago. No issues. Nothing. In fact I walked over 5 miles today. Just letting people know in case they're afraid of it. Stay safe. Trump2020 (Galway) - Posts: 2487 - 28/05/2021 21:03:57 2346160 Link 2 |
What ever about spectators being left into inter county games, when can people go to an underage game or challenge game?its these matches that the majority of spectators may get a chance of going to.. CTGAA10 (Limerick) - Posts: 2500 - 29/05/2021 13:46:05 2346277 Link 1 |
Yeah no use worrying about games you'd never get into like an All Ireland or whatever. Underage or challenge matches are a more realistic worry for most right now. I hope they open up soon.

The League of Ireland and the rugby have crowds back at games this weekend, I think it's time the GAA got on to the government about letting the crowds back to watch inter-county games. DUALSUPPORT (Limerick) - Posts: 1038 - 11/06/2021 16:32:39 2349628 Link 6 |

There is a very small number of games where crowds are being trialled. which GAA games and how many would you suggest to be used as trials for crowds to come back.7 Next weekends camogie league finals in croke park will have crowds and if there is a division 1 mens football league final it will have some crowds attending Munster Hurling Semi Final Cork v Limerick in Thurles and Connacht Football game Roscommon v Galway in Hyde Park in a few weeks time are also listed as trial events..... Fair question and I should have stated it. I'm 53. 54 in October. I got no effects at all from the vaccine but my friend got fair sick from it and missed a day of work this past Wednesday.

For some reason or other, the GAA does not seem to have the influence that Rugby and Soccer have. So it will take a campaign to get the crowds back. A hostile media does not help the GAA. Some of them are just waiting to ponce on any breaking of regulations especially by the GAA fraternity. galwayford (Galway) - Posts: 2611 - 11/06/2021 23:24:36 2349688 Link 1 |
The GAA are like daft risk assessors just short of sounding the everything's ok alarm. jonno (Kildare) - Posts: 261 - 12/06/2021 00:41:44 2349693 Link 2 |
I am in Canada and got my first dose of the Pfizer vaccine a few weeks ago. I felt tired the next day and my arm was a bit sore but other than that, no noticeable effects whatsoever. I am 52. My wife has had her second dose already. She had the same response as me to her first dose and no reaction at all to the second one.
