Kerry V Tyrone

(Oldest Posts First) - Go To The Latest Post

I hope I'm wrong but I think Kerry will win this quite handily by 6pts+. They have some terrific, attacking players who can really hurt Tyrone and Tyrone aren't good at teams running at them. They can be cut open quite easily at times, can squander possession and miss easy scoring chances and they don't have the star quality of days gone by. Quality wise I think Kerry are quite a few levels above Tyrone currently.

I think we have had enough games this year. If we are not sharp now then we never will be.

Can't wait for this now, it will be more of a contest than yesterday for sure, it will come down to who wants it more in the closing stages, was it about Brian Dooher they said he'd put his head in places you wouldn't put a crow bar? that's the kind of mentality that's needed here.
Not the biggest Tyrone fan but I'm supporting my Ulster neighbours today, Kerry can say what they like about the rivalry being over but they don't like the nordies getting the better of the 'aristocrats'

I think the Kerry forwards will do enough to win by 5 handy enough.

I think Tyrone will need everything to go right for them today to be in with a chance.
They'll need their backs to be flawless or this could be over at half time.
Kerry know how to play the ref and Deegan will have to be wide awake to what's going on all over the field.
Hope it's a good game and not a procession for Kerry again.

I can only speak for myself but I have no problem with Tyrone or any northern counties

Tyrone have every chance today and have the physical advantage over Kerry. If they're going to beat Kerry I think it's now or not in the next few years. Tyrone by 3

Very soft scoring frees to Kerry. As expected.

Poor forward passes from Meyler. Comedy commenting on RTE - blatant Kerry foul described as "inexperience" lol

It's all Dublin's fault.

Evidence so far, neither team near sharp enough for Dublin. Another soft free for Kerry!

You'd have more intensity in a national league final, and a bigger crowd

Knackered after all the "work" yesterday north and south of the Liffey and at the horse show on Friday.
