Tension building....although personally I've mellowed a bit in terms of worrying about the result compared to what I used to be...life more important and all that. yew_tree (Mayo) - Posts: 11547 - 03/08/2019 12:20:38 2220033 Link 10 |
Thanks for taking the post in the spirit it was intended. I could go on to explain to some that the reason I wanted the goalkeeper out is because he's one of your most important players but I don't think there is much point. I have Donegal to win in my prediction competition by the way but I've been wrong before. Match ups and the form of big Aido will decide it either way.

The prize on offer might have both teams in a relaxed mindset for this game, unless Dublin throw a spanner in the works and let Tyrone have their day in the sun on Sunday ;; Yerras will be fuming . BeJasus (UK) - Posts: 383 - 03/08/2019 13:40:30 2220061 Link 1 |
I wonder will Duffy's Circus be wearing the traditional Green and Red in Castlebar today lol

Good luck to both teams today: strong family connections means Donegal is usually my go-to team after Galway, but wouldn't be terribly upset if my Connacht neighbours do the province proud. Either way, hope it's a great game, safe travels to all, and Up Galway. festinog (Galway) - Posts: 3143 - 03/08/2019 15:24:46 2220084 Link 1 |

Haven't seen a hint of a Donegal team. I wonder are they over thinking this? Pericles (Mayo) - Posts: 2521 - 03/08/2019 16:03:00 2220101 Link 0 |

You missed the point Muckross, but thanks for passing on that news nonetheless.

Thrilled to see Tom Parsons back in the Mayo team. Might only be on the subs bench, but to be there after his injury, fantastic. It has to give the rest of the team a lift. Maigh Eo Abú cluichethar (Mayo) - Posts: 517 - 03/08/2019 17:35:49 2220132 Link 0 |
Mayo really dislike Donegal. I was unaware of this until recently so cant wait for this game. brisbane (Galway) - Posts: 675 - 03/08/2019 17:46:52 2220140 Link 0 |

Sky sports just spoke about Shaun Patton for 5 mins and the camera was focused on our sub keeper. Clueless! Ronan1989 (Donegal) - Posts: 81 - 03/08/2019 17:54:24 2220142 Link 0 |
What is dick clerkin talkin about? Thats the exact sort of tackle the black card was took in for! '50/50' lol achara (Monaghan) - Posts: 584 - 03/08/2019 18:15:44 2220151 Link 4 |
What do ye make of mcbrearty asking for the black card there? Not sure I like to see it in our games or am I slightly too precious? tulachmhór (Offaly) - Posts: 145 - 03/08/2019 18:15:50 2220152 Link 1 |
Because it was a black in fairness, left had pulling the jersey, right hand around the neck, good refereeing too
