Donegal go Brazilian with new jersey design

The new Donegal jersey
Donegal have become the latest county to unveil a new jersey ahead of the 2014 season.
After more than a decade with Azzurri - whose parent company ran into financial difficulty recently - Donegal have gone back to O'Neill's, who are designers and manufacturers of the new strip. The new jersey is similar in design to the new Cavan and Derry jerseys and the existing Offaly and Monaghan designs in that it is both tight-fitting and collarless (just as the 2013 Azzurri version was).
It also features more gold and less green than its predecessor, and is strikingly similar to the famous Brazil soccer shirt. The logo of sponsor Donegal Creameries is once again emblazoned across the front of the jersey, which will be worn for the first time in Sunday's McKenna Cup opener against Tyrone in Letterkenny.
Surprisingly, the new jersey wasn't in the shops in time for the lucrative Christmas market, but Donegal fans needn't panic as it will be on sale by the end of the month, and in time for the start of the Allianz League.
Now all that remains to be seen is whether or not Jim McGuinness' men will play like the Samba Boys!
