Garrigan is a full time coach and has manged Baltinglass to senior championships in Wicklow.Involved with academy squads in the county and has been with Meath Ladies since 2017. Be a option for part of a new set up based on his credentials and background. As far as I am aware he is finished with Ladies in 2022

We need some high level coaches to compete in Division 2...We have the players but don't see any system of play with this team...had concerns when I seen Eivers and Garrigan not involved this year and had concerns last year with the input that both supposedly had with team.. we need good quality coaches in let them do their job as the players are there to compete in Division 2

Replying To winatallcost: "What coaching record did Garrigan have at men's senior intercounty level?" This was Garrigans first intercounty men job but I think winatallcost he has a better coaching record than all the rest of the management team in relation to what successful teams he has been with in the last number of years.

Colm has now left it in the hands of players and management. In his eyes he has made improvements based on what he is working with and is now only half way through the plan of getting them to a top 8 county. Have we seen a well coached team re kickouts and set ups in the last 2 years? The old coach in 2023 wanted a defensive set up on the pitch with quick transitions which was not what management wanted. Fast forward a year and here we are trying to play a game like that but doing it badly. Players starting games in early rounds of championship and then getting limited game time in rest of games. A lot of reactive stuff going on in Meath...Get a coaching team in , listen to them and you will see improvements..mIght not even take 5 years.....

Replying To winatallcost: "Outside of the Meath Ladies success, very impressive in my opinion but not comparable please explain his success at adult or underage levels which demonstrates this. For example has he actually had more success than Colm O Rourke himself in this regards?" So outside Meath Ladies success as far as I know I stand corrected but has senior county championships in Wicklow, Carlow and Wexford . Has worked with Leinster GAA for years as a coach as well. Colm has 2 Senior championships in the one county I think with the same team so hard to compare but Garrigan is in his early 40s and has championships in numerous counties and the success with ladies team which in my opinion is comparable as its coaching a team whether its male or female to huge success id say he has more success than Colm this point

Players are capable of Division 1 and playing much better than they are. Who is head coach this year?.. Why are 2 of the coaches from 2023 not involved anymore?. Why do we not have a top management team that the group of players deserve? I have never heard once where management has said we need to have a look at ourselves its always players players young inexperienced developing bad days...Players must feel annoyed by that constant message
