Rebuilding or whatever you want to call it, Wicklow shouldn't be getting bet by Leitrim by 11 points......Disgraceful

I'd bring the likes of Bosco,Hyland etc in as selectors as they no the underage players in the county, Maybe Mick Kavanagh fron Kilkenny might like the managers job since hes been doing a lot of coaching with the county underage.

Another great win yesterday, This team looks in a lot better shape already than they did last year, the fighting spirit and hurling was great..... win away next Sunday up in Derry and a league final is a very strong possibility. Maybe start pumping some money into the hurling and see what might happen !!!!

Replying To Luckyboy:  "Brollyboy you were way off Avondale should have beaten Glenealy and were unlucky to have lost a few key players. Glenealy couldn't score from play and were indisciplined. Bray bounced back and looked very slick with a big win over Greystones. Greystones should now beat Glenealy which would leave everyone on the same points and force a playoff to see who goes through to the semis. Kiltegan won't beat St Pats in the last game. Carnew struggle for scores where St Pats have forwards to kill off a poor defence. Prediction for semis are Bray v Carnew Bray to win Greystones v St Pats. St Pats to win Bray to win final comfortably"
How am I way off..... I said Glenealy would win which they did, granted I taught they would win by a lot more and hats off to Avondale for such a battling performance, I said Bray would win and they still are the team to beat, Carnew struggled with Kiltegan who also have came with a new young team and its great to see the whole Championship so competitive this year. If Bray beat Avondale they'll face Carnew in the semi and providing Pat's get there act together against a well organised Kiltegan team they'll face Gleanealy in a semi final and that should be 2 great matches going on this form.

Maybe our Manager should spend less time on the radio, national papers etc whinging about the lack of money in Wicklow, the players he's loosing, bringing in outside players, Rockstars playing in croke park and not Wicklow players and whatever other excuses hes came up with and try actually coach this team or get players back....as yesterday was a all time low, a Heartless display and not one player looked interested in been there, if players are listening to their manager contently looking for excuses about us then they'll throw in the towel then also.... also I feel the county board needs to look at whats going on with the coaching with the underage age squads and MAINLY our GDO who is in the job a long time and we are producing nothing from schools teams.

Is it true that we have gone back to the same old rule where if a player plays senior championship then he's deemed senior for the year and not from the 1/4 final stage on like it has been the last few years, this could weaken Bray,Carnew, glenealy and st Patrick's intermediate team if so. As regarding the senior,Glenealy look the team to beat again.... Bray are staying very quiet and Carnew look a lot sharper than last year. Here's to a good hurling championship.Senior - Glenealy Inter-Avondale

Hilltopman, I don't no where you have been the last few years but Gary Byrne has not played for Glenealy for 2years now and Brian Osbourne hasn't played for Carnew in 3 years. We may stick with these young lads and give Storey a year or 2 as the team is in transition and has lost a lot of senior players over the past few years, all key men when in the space of a year, the likes of the Kennedys, Keogh, O Gorman, Glynn, Bosco, Bermingham have all retired and it will take a few years to develop a new team.
