Former Donegal ace Michael Carroll will play his club football in London this year.

Carroll, who last played for the Tir Chonnaill men in 2018, has transferred from Gaoth Dobhair to North London Shamrocks. The Shamrocks already have a sizeable Donegal contingent and will undoubtedly benefit from having a player of Carroll’s experience and calibre in their ranks.

He won an Ulster Club SFC medal with Gaoth Dobhair in 2018 and also featured in his home club’s Donegal SFC final defeat to Naomh Conaill last year.
