Tipperary great Padraic Maher is set to release a memoir in November following his retirement from hurling earlier this year.

The three-time All-Ireland winner and six-time All-Star was forced to call it a day back in February due to a neck injury and has since joined new Tipp manager Liam Cahill’s backroom team ahead of the 2023 season.

In his memoir, Maher looks back on his playing days with the Premier County and his club Thurles Sarsfields and “the various highs and lows” he experienced throughout his playing career.
