Canavan poised for Sigerson Cup semi-final return

Ruairí Canavan could be available for Ulster University’s Sigerson Cup semi-final against DCU on Thursday night.
The star forward continues to be medically assessed after both he and his brother Darragh suffered concussion during Errigal Ciarán’s All-Ireland club SFC final defeat to Cuala on January 19 last.
Both siblings have missed Tyrone’s opening two games in the Allianz League, but Ulster University are hopeful that Ruairí can complete the return to play protocol which would allow him to make his first appearance for the holders in this year’s Sigerson Cup.
