Padraig Hampsey won't face any sanction after picking up his second red card of this year's Allianz Football League against Dublin last Sunday.

The All-Ireland winning captain was sent off for needlessly shouldering Cormac Costello on the concrete path off the Healy Park pitch as he retrieved the ball during Tyrone's 0-8 to 0-13 defeat. Hampsey, who had already received a black card in the first half, was issued with a yellow card by referee Barry Cassidy, meaning he was off.

Having also been red-carded for contributing to the melee that marred Tyrone's clash with Armagh in the Athletic Grounds last month, there was speculation that the Coalisland Na Fianna clubman would serve a two-match ban which would rule him out of the last two rounds of the Allianz League against Mayo and Kerry.

However, as the offences weren't the same, he won't have to serve a suspension on this occasion.
