Dublin SFC quarter-final line-up confirmed

The Dublin S1FC quarter-final pairings have been confirmed following the completion of the group stages.

They are as follows: Cuala v Castleknock; Na Fianna v Clontarf; Ballymun Kickhams v St Vincents; and Kilmacud Crokes v Ballyboden St Enda’s.

At the weekend, Ballymun Kickhams and Ballyboden St Enda’s both qualified from Group 3 with comfortable wins over St Sylvester’s and Ballinteer St John’s respectively. Cuala topped Group 1 with a 4-21 to 0-9 demolition of Fingallians and are joined in the knockout stages by Clontarf who accounted for St Jude’s by 3-13 to 1-11 at Parnell Park.

Castleknock and Na Fianna were the two qualifiers from Group 2. Five points from Ger McDermottroe helped Castleknock to a 0-14 to 0-11 victory over Raheny in their televised encounter yesterday, while Na Fianna maintained their unbeaten run after drawing 1-20 to 4-11 with Lucan Sarsfields.

Despite drawing 0-11 to 1-8 with Thomas Davis, holders Kilmacud Crokes topped Group 4, finishing above St Vincent’s who also shared the spoils with Skerries Harps, 0-10 to 1-7.

The S1FC relegation playoffs are: Fingallians v Lucan Sarsfields and St Slyvester’s v Skerries Harps.
