I remember when Offaly lafs had reputation of being tough. Embarrassing.

the amount of people building up scotstown not just for ulster but all ireland have well and truly been silenced, what a performance from kilcoo pace, aggressive in the tackle, workrate, and skills.
they will take serious stopping, outstanding performance.

Big win for Kilcoo over their main rivals. Possibly looking at a Kilcoo v Dr Crokes semi-final. St Mary's got a late winner. Cuala have just beaten Tullamore. Cuala will be the favourites. St Mary's Ardee will be confident of causing a shock however. Another Dublin v Louth Leinster final.
Two Munster semi-finals coming up tomorrow and the second Ulster semi-final.

Sure, great result by Kilcoo, but if i was them, I'd be worried. A runaway win in a semi is a serious disadvantage. It weakens you. The team that falls over the line in a semi, after an almighty battle, always has the advantage. There are no trophies for big winning margins in semis. Unless the other semi is very one-sided also, this big win means that Kilcoo will struggle to win the final, regardless of whom they're playing against.

Cuala better team. Won in the game in a couple of spurts but then got a bit sloppy and let Tullamore back in. Who were not bad when had to play a bit.

Cuala building formidable record of wins and are very hard to beat. Reckon they will win next week but be outsiders of likely semi finalists.

From Dublin so the bookies and punters will have them favourties to win the All Ireland semi final.

It depends how Ardee can handle Con.

Ardee have 4 or 5 lads in their early 20s starting on the Louth county team, they will be to beat especially in Croke Park.

kilcoo got a serious game in previous round, they step it up when the game matters.
Scotstown stole it last year and that hurt kilcoo and people have been writing them off and whoever wins other semi final it will be a massive step up in class to what they have beat getting to the final.

Current semi-final predictions:
Dr Crokes v Kilcoo
Cuala v Padraig Pearses
The Waterford champions might have something to say about this today though. Shocks can happen!

Just after watching Errigal Ciaràn best Clann Eireann in a tight battle.Thought Tiernan Kelly unlucky to get sent off which changed game but what a pleasure it was to watch the two Cananavan brothets today .Two fantastic players (like their Dad) but Ruari was just majestic tosay

Dr Crokes got through by the skin of their teeth. Rathgormack pushed them all the way. I fancied Eire Og to get through. Fair play to Loughmore-Castleiney.
Errigal Ciaran just won through here on TG4. All 4 provincial finals are now confirmed.
Semi-finals are about getting through. Dr Crokes will be relieved.

Love watching Ruairi, keeps his head up and keeps shooting even if he misses a couple, and plays with a smile. Darragh, different kind of player who gets dragged all over the place and bounces up looking more. Definitely harsh on Kelly but to win things you need a bit of luck.

I watched the Lomans and Ardee match on clubber. What a brilliant game of football. Physicality, turnovers, end to end, fabulous score taking. Sam McCartan and Ciaran Keenan were outstanding. The black card needs an urgent review - it is ruining too many matches. Thankfully it didn't effect the result here

Second yellow for Kelly looked like a huge refereeing mistake, and was perhaps pivotal to the end result. To get sent off for making a tackle/slap at the ball was ridiculous.

The Club Championship is ten times more interesting then than inter county. If Kerry play Waterford in football they probably win by close to 20 points, yet Rathgormack can push Dr Crokes all the way, same with Tullamore giving Cuala a good battle. Pity there couldn't be some sort of Sunday game style evening programme on RTÉ during the provincial club championships.

4 Interesting finals coming up Loughmore and Ardee put in very good performances over the weekend so can't be written off and any team that has the two Canavan's stand a chance of winning any match. So looking forward to these games but obviously weather can play a big factor in these games.

Yes Kennan is n exceptional footballer. Was so so good in the second half Saturday

I can't see Mary's being one bit afraid of Cuala on Saturday evening, a lot will depend on how Donal McKinney gets on marking Con O Callaghan. He done excellent on him in the Leinster final for most of the game but Con still ended up with 1-3 from play

I agree. It would be great to have a Sunday Game style highlights of the club championships when it gets to the provincial stage. It should be key in raising the profile of the games more. The media actually want the higher profile as well so more people are interested.
