All expected results this weekend I would say a few close affairs that I thought would've ended a draw went with the team I would have predicted result/draw got the 2 pts. Anyone at the currin vs killeevan game is Sarsfields still on this page any insight into this result?

Another win for the faughs and Malone but a bad showing by the 2028 junior champions all the same. A draw with clones and loss today. Attended the Truagh game and they were the architects of their own downfall. Concerning Scotstown didn't even get out of first gear and hit the twos when needed. Killeevan putting the hurling money to go use with a win over Currin.

A terrible game between 2 teams that are going nowhere. Currin will be kicking themselves for leaving this behind. Saw all 4 Junior games at the weekend. Blackhill and Emyvale will walk into final. Would fancy Blackhill to win it.

Ah didn't realise you were much of a junior man going by your comments to get to all 4 games this weekend… how much did geehan kick in the first half for Blackhill if you dont mind me asking. The first game Blackhill have seemed to play all year as they weren't great in the league and are only after dropping points to rock last week?? Not sure how you'd fancy them to win it after that to be honest? Did you manage to get to aghabog vs Oram? Do you know who scored the both the goals for Sean's this weekend also? As you went to all 4 I'm sure you'd know all of this thanks.

Yes all the experts thought different not too sure why Blaney (the most successful club in Monaghan history) is getting overlooked to be honest made a show of harps in the league and done the same today? Although I had got influenced by some of the experts in my prediction

Not too sure what you mean by currin left this behind them killeevan led the game for 60+ minutes currin never looked like winning and we're down by 9 at one stage I believe? What exactly did they leave behind if they were never infront bar the first 2 minutes

Don't get to excited as this was killeevans championship final pretty sad the celebration over a bang average team in junior but good see them winning a game

You seem to know everything about the junior championship, blackhill to make the final is idiotic not sure if you have seen many junior games this year it doesn't seem it from a scandalous statement….give it a break

A well seasoned Blackhill showed them a thing or two.

Was at the game myself. I'll hold my hands up and say I was wrong with my predictions. Blayney will contest intermediate semi finals and should be going up soon if they keep this core together.

Blackhill showed how beatable they can be there is nothing between these teams in junior..
Big game next for ourselves conceding to emyvale in the league could've been the play catch them on the hop in a must win game

Yeah and I seen all 50 junior games in kerry this weekd…….blackhill with one good performance against an out of sorts eire og team and now your making them favourites to win it…. As for the people slating blaney on here, look at your own club before constantly slating them…they've a history only clubs can dream off…

Replying To Darragh1987:  "Big platter of championship football this weekend I'll run through my key matches.

Cremartin v corduff: this is a make or break game for cremartin in a tough group. Can see them getting the job done with their main man swinging. Cremartin by 1.

The other group is extremely tough to call. I'm going for Aughnamullen and Iniskeen both to get it done in tight affairs.

Blaney vs Harps : is the standout for me in intermediate. Harps will be hurt after their draw to clones and I have them by 2.

Seán's Vs Emyvale is the big one in junior. Sean's will finish 3rd in their group without a win in my opinion. They have a point to prove but emyvale is just to strong for junior. I've emyvale by 4/5."
I'll need to reconsider my footballing opinions after these predictions. Hindsight is 20/20. I got the emyvale game to the exact score as for the rest of them ......

Was at all 4 senior games this weekend. Ballybay impressive against Aughnamullen, hard to see how they are in as much trouble as they are. They should beat Magheracloone based on that performance to keep them safe from the championship.

Cremartin were flying until they got a silly red card, they completely fell asunder after that. Corduff remains an enigma, looking like they'll meet loser of Latton Inniskeen in quarters but hard to see them going any further than this.

Inniskeen not the same team this year without Durnin pulling the strings. Lucky to get over Magheracloone today who will rue the missed chances, they are lacking a marquee forward big time.

Truagh look likely to be the strongest team in the relegation group. They should have closed out that game today but half a Scotstown team were just toying with them. Once they needed to switch it on it was two pointers galore. Heaven help us Scotstown will romp home when they get back to full strength. Looks like the chasing pack are getting further away

What do you expect with Scotstown though? If they weren't winning it all there would be something wrong 6 parishes and a dream. Including the transfer window I wonder which junior club they will take advantage of next.
