Replying To Wests_Awake:  "Is there truth in this talk of a complete Mayo takeover at St Conleth's?
They've done this before with talk of 'taking the Hill' when playing the Jacks at HQ.

If talk could win All Ireland's..."
I'm sure if and when you lads finally get to play a couple of games in Croker there will be plenty of guff out of you too.

Replying To Manstein:  "How childis. Having a p*ssing contest over who has the most fans. If the match was in Croker there would be at least 15,000 Mayo fans and orobably 3000 Kildare. Kildare support is a fraction of what it was ion the late 90s. As will mayo's oe day when this Golden generation of players are gone.
Kildare know they have a better chance of beating Mayo in Newbridge rather than Croke Park irrespective of who has the biggest crow. That said Mayo will still win and its 100% guaranteed they will be playing in Salthill next weekend."
Who will Mayo be playing in Salthill next weekend. Taking a lot for granted.

Great start from Kildare. Mayo coming back into the game well. Mayo getting the rub of the green from the ref so far

All square at the short whistle. I have a feeling that unless Kildare sink a goal, mayo will see this one out with a few to spare. They really came into the game strongly in the last quarter wihile Cill Dara lost their shape a wee bit.

All to play for, and what a great start from the Lilly Whites!

Shows all I know. What a cracking game and what a second half from Cill Dara. Fair play to both teams, that was a great game, and seriously well done to the Lilly Whites.

Hard luck Mayo. That's some squad.

So much for people saying Kildare won the battle but will lose the war.....what a performance and win for the liliwhites. Great game between both sides this evening. Kildare for the super 8's.

Well I'll be damned.
Reports of Leinsters demise were very much exaggerated.

What a game that was, well done to Kildare! May seem crazy but is it time for Rochford to move on; great manager but he isn't really doing anything for Mayo.

Well done to Kildare, epic win and fully deserved. I was very impressed with their determination and fitness towards the end. They won't fear any of the provincial losers and I'd back them to make the Super 8's now. Fair play to them.

Hard luck to Mayo, it was just a bridge too far with all the injuries. They'll be back next year I am sure.

Great stuff Kildare, sticking to your guns and playing the game in Newbridge seems to have rallied the troops. Keep her lit now in round 4 and hopefully see ye in the Super 8's, I think this is the end of All Ireland hopes for this Mayo squad, never really had that bit of the X factor needed to win the big prize. Will this be the end of the road for Rochford too?

Hard luck Mayo and well Kildare, sooner or later Mayo were going to run out of road and an excellent game.
