The 2020 PwC GAA/GPA All-Star football team announced this morning is made up of the four All-Ireland semi-finalists - nine players from six-in-a-row champions Dublin, three from Cavan, two Mayo and one Tipperary inclusion. How did Twitter react?

Galligan is deserving of his All Star, no question. He reached Cluxton standards in 2020, but does that mean Cluxton is overlooked yet again because judges just expect him to be flawless year in year out? No Goals conceded, perfect kickouts, leadership #AllStars #Gaa

Don’t be getting too vexed about the all stars or certain players missing out, they’re a bit of crack and in the grand scheme of the game mean very little. Having a total of zero all stars means I would say that though.

Kevin McManamon was one of Dublin’s most important players In the start of their dominance but the format of the all stars mean he got no all stars. If he missed out then I wouldn’t be stressing about All stars.
