Shane Kingston has been rewarded for his matching winning contribution off the bench against Limerick last weekend by being named to start in Cork’s Division 1 Group A clash with Galway on Sunday.
Kingston was the hero as he shot the winning point at the death in the Rebels’ 2-17 to 0-22 win over the Treaty men at Pairc Ui Chaoimh and has been named as one of four changes made by manager Pat Ryan for the trip to Salthill this weekend.
Eoin Roche, Cathal Cormack and Sean Twomey also come into Ryan’s starting line-up, with injured duo Sean Donoghue and Robbie Flynn making way while Brian O’Sullivan and Luke Meade drop to the bench.
Throw-in at Pearse Stadium is at 2pm.
