Mayo manager James Horan has named his side for Sunday’s Connacht senior football championship semi-final against Leitrim in Castlebar.
Aidan O’Shea is set to make his 150th appearance in the green and red after being named at centre-forward and he will also captain the side.
Following their dismantling of Sligo in the quarter-finals last month, the Connacht champions bring Rory Byrne in to goal in place of Rob Hennelly while Padraig O’Hora, Stephen Coen and Bryan Walsh also come into the side.
Keegan, who is understood to be sidelined with a shoulder injury, misses out along with Kevin McLoughlin and Jordan Flynn.
The Mayo camp have had their preparations hindered recently by the news that a number of their players are currently isolating after coming into close contact with a person who had tested positive for Covid.
The county board released a statement this morning confirming that a number of players are isolating and that the squad is pressing ahead with its preparations for Sunday’s game at McHale Park (throw in 2pm).
