Mayo have suffered another setback ahead of the 2025 campaign after Padraig O'Hora joined Cillian O'Connor in opting out of the fold.
Fresh from helping Ballina Stephenites to back-to-back Moclair Cups, O'Hora made just two starts for Kevin McStay's side this year after being an automatic choice in defence since belatedly making his championship debut at the age of 27 in 2020.
Like O'Connor, O'Hora hasn't retired which means he could play for Mayo again in the future.
Michael Plunkett, James Carr and sub goalkeeper Rory Byrne have also stepped away ahead of the new season.
