Ger Brennan has drafted former team-mates Stephen Cluxton, Dean Rock and Denis Bastick into his Dublin senior football management team.
Holder of a record nine senior All-Ireland medals, 43-year-old goalkeeping legend Cluxton was between the posts for the Dubs throughout this year's championship. It hasn't been confirmed yet whether he will also remain on as a player in 2026.
Rock retired from intercounty duty in 2023, having won eight All-Irelands, while Bastick collected Celtic Crosses before retiring in 2017. With 22 All-Irelands between them, the trio will bring an abundance of wisdom and authority to the Dublin think tank.
Meanwhile, two-time All-Ireland winner Brennan – who was named as Dessie Farrell’s successor last month - has also added Professor Niall Moyna to his set-up. Brennan and Moyna famously worked together in Louth for two years, helping the Wee County to Leinster glory last summer. Moyna was previously part of the Dubs backroom team alongside Pat Gilroy for the breakthrough 2011 All-Ireland success.
