David Clifford is poised to make his first appearance this season after being named among the substitutes for Kerry’s crunch Allianz League Division 1 clash against Dublin in Tralee.
The Munster champions will be looking to bounce back from last weekend’s defeat to Donegal in Killarney, where the visitors came away with a two-point victory.
This evening’s showdown against the Dubs sees the Kingdom making five changes all in all, with Mike Breen, Brian O Beaglaioch, Joe O’Connor, Darragh Lyne and Paul Geaney coming into the hosts’ starting line-up.
Tadhg Morley, Sean O’Brien, Barry ‘Dan’ O’Sullivan, Cillian Trant and Donal O’Sullivan are the players to drop out of O’Connor’s starting 15.
Throw-in at Austin Stack Park is at 7.30pm and the game will be shown live on RTE2.
