Kildare hurling manager Willie Sunderland has named his side to take on Derry for their Christy Ring Cup opener at Celtic Park this Saturday afternoon.

Celbridge's Fiachra Ó Muineacháin will captain the side at full back while fellow clubman Danny Butler partners Gavin Tynan at midfield.

Paul Divilly, who wore number 11 in the NHL 2B final win over Meath is picked at full forward with Gerry Keegan and Martin Fitzgerald on each side.
