Warwickshire have been crowned Allianz HL Division 3A winners courtesy of a 0-20 to 1-14 final victory over Louth at Trim today.

Three late points from Niall McKenna (2) and Paul Hoban edged Tony Joyce's side over the line with their noses in front.

Louth's Gerard Smyth netted the game's only goal in the 12 minute and the Wee County took a 1-6 to 0-7 lead into the break.

The pendulum swung to and fro throughout the second-half but the Exiles got the scores when it mattered most to go one step further that last year's extra-time final defeat to Longford.

After the final whistle, Leinster PRO Martin O'Halloran presented the cup to the victorious captain Donncha Kennedy.
