Clare manager Ger 'Sparrow' O'Loughlin knows that Sunday's match against Wexford could possibly decide the promotion race.

Both sides are unbeaten so far in the campaign and they are favourites to go up although with only one spot available, it's all to play for on Sunday.

"Yes, a win here would put us in a strong position. When the schedule was drawn up, the Laois, Wexford and Antrim games would have been considered very important ones," said O'Loughlin.

"That said, we are not underestimating other challenges but wins in the three mentioned would go along way towards getting to the final." Tweet
