All Star football midfielder Aidan Walsh says he would not be able to emulate Eoin Cadogan and play both football and hurling for Cork.

The 2010 All-Ireland winning midfielder picked up his second All Star in three years last night but we won't see him with a hurling All Star anytime soon.

Walsh has starred at underage hurling for Cork and is seen as a perfect addition to Jimmy Barry's hurling squad, but the player himself says he could not manage the juggle both games at the top level.

"I'd love to play county hurling, but for myself, and being realistic, I need to give football 100pc if I'm to get the most out of it," Walsh told the Irish Independent.

Walsh lines out in tomorrows Cork SFC final for divisional side Duhallow, but also plays with his own club Kanturk, which doubles his club commitments.

"Some people can compare my case to Eoin Cadogan, but being in a divisional set-up, I've two more teams to play on than Eoin does."
