Cork's Pat Kenneally
Former Cork captain Pat Kenneally is new manager of the Rebel County minor hurling team.

The Newcestown clubman, who succeeds John Considine, has been appointed to take charge of the Cork U18s in 2012 and 2013.

Captain of the county seniors in 1995, the St Brogan's College, Bandon teacher has managed the Cork intermediate hurling team for the past two years.

The appointment has been recommended by the Appointment Committee and will be ratified by the County Committee at its September 6th meeting.

The announcement is made now to allow time for the appointment of coach and selectors before that meeting.
