Nobber scored a resounding victory over Trim in this home League match on Friday evening.

Brendan Heffernan set the tone for the homeside when weaving his way through the visiting defence to fire over Nobbers opening score in the first minute.

Further points from Niall Farrell 2,Colin Clarke,Alan Farrell and Brian Farrell 2 saw Nobber lead 7/3 at halftime with Trim responding in the 4th 12th and 25th minute.

Nobber dominated the second period out scoring their opponents 1-8 to 0-4.

Outstanding for the victors were Niall Farrell until retiring injured Jamie Owens, Brendan Heffernan, Gavin Farrelly, Brian Farrell, Colin Clarke and Brian Meade.

This was a very good Nobber victory which hopefully will give the team confidence for the forthcoming championship
