High praise for Durack
April 18, 2014
Donegal manager Ray Durack has been praised for the work he has done in the county.
The Ulster side will ply their trade in Division 2B of the NHL next season after the beat Fingal in a play-off last weekend.
This is a high point for Donegal hurling and Durack has been singled out for special praise as he guided the side to their highest accolade ever.
Former Donegal official Liam Mullin told the Donegal Democrat: "It is brilliant, even better than the Nicky Rackard Cup in Croke Park. Great credit must go to Ray Durack and the players.
"Ray has done a fantastic job and it is a great boost for hurling in the county."
