Today marks the 20th anniversary of Clare's famous All-Ireland senior hurling success of 1995.
An 81-year-wait was ended and the 'Curse of Biddy Early' was also lifted as Anthony Daly captained the Banner to a 1-13 to 2-8 victory over Offaly in the final.
"There's been a missing person in Clare for 81 long years. Well today that person has been found alive and that person's name is Liam MacCarthy," Dalo proudly proclaimed after super-sub Eamon Taaffe's late goal had sent the Clare hoardes in Croke Park into raptures.
