No changes for Kerry minors

August 20, 2008
Kerry minor boss John Kennedy has made no changes to his side for the Kingdom's All-Ireland semi-final meeting with Mayo this Sunday at Croke Park. Kerry's only concern heading into this meeting was Legion clubman Jamie O'Donoghue after he picked up what looked to be a serious shoulder injury in training before the quarter-final win over the Offaly. O'Donoghue proved his fitness though by coming through a recent training game unscathed and starts on the bench against the Connacht Champions. Barry John Walsh starts at full-forward and will be expected to lead the line as he has done for the Kingdom all year as they search for more All-Ireland glory. The game throws-in at 1.45pm at Croke Park and will act as the curtain-raiser to the Kerry senior's semi-final with rivals Cork in the SFC semi-final which throws-in at 3.30pm. Kerry (MFC v Mayo): B Kelly; P Reidy, B Shanahan, F Fitzgerald; P Crowley, J Lyne, M Hickey; J O'Sullivan, W Guthrie; MT O'Sullivan, D Casey, C O'Shea; BJ Keane, B Walsh, C Tobin.
