Long road ends for O'Hara

Eamon O'Hara
Sligo forward Eamonn O'Hara is keeping his fingers crossed that his injury nightmare is well and truly behind him as he prepares for the clash with Galway.
The talented forward, who only a few years back was rated as one of the best footballers in the country has endured a torrid time over the last three years with injuries, culminating in the cruciate knee ligament damage he sustained during last year's All-Ireland qualifying match against Kildare.
O'Hara has been named at right half forward for Sligo as they face the challenge of Galway in Pearse Stadium on Sunday and although they will enter the match as underdogs, O'Hara is delighted to be back in the fold.
"I suppose it's fair to say, I've been through the mill with a variety of injury problems for the last three years. Having my knee restructured last August was a massive setback and one I'm glad to be over. A lot of hard work was involved in getting me back to where I am," said O'Hara.
Every day I was doing something to try and get back to full fitness and, although it was tough, it was worthwhile. I'm feeling good and looking forward to Sunday and hopefully and injury-free run."
