TCD and ' Pat's to contest Trench Cup final

Saturday's Trench Cup title will go to a Dublin side following semi-final victories for both TCD and St. Pat's Drumcondra in the penultimate rounds.
In the first semi-final, TCD overcame a tough challenge in the second half from John Moore's University, Liverpool before sneaking home 3-2 to 1-6 winners.
The Dublin side won despite losing Karl McGuckin to a straight red card offence.
Meanwhile St. Pat's notched a narrow 1-12 to 3-5 win over BIFHE in a cracking contest.
St. Pat's led by 1-7 to 0-2 at the interval before they were pinned back for long stretches in the second half by the gritty BIFHE crew.
