Kerry and Mayo have both had to make injury-enforced changes to their All-Ireland SFC final starting XVs.
Kerry’s Diarmuid O’Connor misses out due to a hamstring injury, with Cillian Trant coming into the squad to wear the No.12 shirt.
For Mayo, meanwhile, Stephen Coen is also ruled out by injury and is replaced in the matchday squad by John McMonagle, donning No.10.
Kerry captain Paul Geaney is fit enough to take a place on the bench, with Tony Brosnan ruled out.
Both managers kept their final starting teams up their sleeves until as late as possible before it was confirmed that Tom O’Sullivan replaces O’Connor for Kerry, with the other Diarmuid O’Connor replacing Coen for Mayo, who make a second, tactical change – Paul Towey in for Conor Loftus.
