Kerry boss Jack O’Connor has named an unchanged side for Sunday’s All-Ireland senior football championship final against Mayo at Croke Park (3.30pm).

Team captain Paul Geaney returns from the injury which ruled him out in the semi-final win over Dublin to be named among the substitutes. Should the Dingle clubman be introduced, it would mark his eighth All-Ireland final appearance for the Kingdom.

Within the starting line-up for the All-Ireland champions, things remain the same from the victory against the Dubs with positional changes seeing Paudie Clifford switched from centre half-forward to right corner-forward.

Marksman Sean O’Shea start on ‘the 40’ while David Clifford will lead the Kerry attack from full-forward.

Playing in their fourth All-Ireland final in five years, Sunday afternoon will see O’Connor’s side bid for their county’s 40th Sam Maguire Cup at headquarters.
