Kerry star Danielle O’Leary has been honoured with The Croke Park Hotel/LGFA Player of the Month award for April.
The Rathmore forward (22), who claimed a first TG4 All-Star award last year, has carried that excellent form into the 2025 campaign with a series of outstanding displays.
Danielle was superb in the 2025 Lidl National League Division 1 Final against Armagh on Saturday April 12, when she scored 1-5 in a 4-14 to 0-11 victory for the Kingdom.
Those individual heroics earned Danielle the Player of the Match award on the day at Croke Park.
Danielle has continued in her rich vein of form throughout the TG4 Munster Senior Championship campaign, with Kerry set to contest a provincial Final against Waterford on Sunday May 25.
Danielle collected 1-3 against Cork in the opening round of the round-robin series on Saturday April 26, before notching 0-3 in the Round 2 victory over Waterford, which booked Kerry’s place in the Southern showpiece.
