Conn Kilpatrick is set to miss Tyrone’s All-Ireland preliminary quarter-final against Roscommon this weekend after having a two game ban confirmed following his red card against Cork.

The midfielder was sent off on Saturday last for an off the ball offense and requested a hearing with the Central Hearing Committee which took place on Tuesday.

The CHC found the ‘infraction proven’ and confirmed the penalty which will see Fitzpatrick miss Saturday’s game in Healy Park and potentially an All-Ireland quarter-final the following week should his county get that far.

Fitzpatrick’s ban was doubled from one game to two as he received a red card earlier in the season against Roscommon in the Allianz FL.

The player still has the option of appealing the ruling of the CHC.
